The brief for this event was to create a presence and a buzz around Aperol at the JP McManus Pro Am in Adare Manor. With a high-end audience that matched our target market, we wanted to make sure that Aperol was both visible and attracted people to sample our Spritzer.
During the event, we supplied bar staff for the activation, supplied a 360-degree camera for guests to showcase their best golf swing and topped off the event by hiring a videographer to document the event.
We built and managed an Aperol Spritz activation bar and lounge area over the two days of the JP McManus Pro-Am in Adare Manor. We designed and built out a container-style bar, then used the strong orange brand colour to create an eye-catching hang-out area, featuring bright parasols, tables, flags, bean bags and a pergola so that people wanted to spend time in the space.
A 360 camera and balance platform gave guests the opportunity to test their golf skills and view a recording afterwards from every angle.
The Aperol installation was one of the busiest at the event, with thousands of visitors enjoying the vibe and sampling Aperol.
